While in Hunza depending on individual choice we offer trekking to Ultar Glacier on Hunza side and across the river on the Nagar side to Hoper Glacier. A longer trekking to Batura which is the second largest glacier out side the polar region. Duiker meadow which is not far from the hotel presents a magnificent scenery to watch the morning sun rise and for the Aerial view of Hunza Valley from 3,000 meter. Visits to historical Baltit and Altit Forts and local trekking over sandy surface irrigation channels. Local dances with enchanting music by the local pipers and drummers. Local festivals depending upon seasons. Sacred rocks on the Karakoram highway which is within walking distance from the hotel is worth visiting. Curious visitors may like to see Khunjerab National Park that goes into China at an elevation of 16,000 feet. Marco Polo sheep and the Karakoram Ibex can be found in this area.
